Greenhouse Village Cooperative is a 55+ cooperative community that is owned collectively by all its members. When you purchase a share in the cooperative, you are buying the exclusive right to l ive in your chosen unit and a say in the management of our building. Independent living in a co-op combines the advantages of home ownership with a low-maintenance, community-focused lifestyle.

There are two primary costs: a one-time down payment, which represents your share in the community, and an ongoing monthly fee. The specific amount for the initial share depends on the individual unit you choose, as does the monthly fee.

Wifi, Cable TV, Smoke Free, Elevator Access, Security System, Underground Heated Garage. Each unit has an idividually controlled thermostat, walk-in closet, deck, washer and dryer, window coverings and well-equipped kitchen.

Our members organize activities to suit many interests. You can choose to be involved in card games, music activities, book club, bingo, movies, exercise, coffee hours, workshop projects, gardening and more.

Yes, dogs and cats are allowed, provided they comply with the Greenhouse Village Cooperative pet policies. Dogs are limited to 25 pounds and are allowed only in the west wing of the building.

Greenhouse Village Cooperative supports an independent lifestyle, and therefor does not offer prepared meals. The Community Room and Club Room can be reserved for catered events.

Yes, Greenhouse Village Cooperative maintains a strict smoke-free policy. Smoking is not allowed in any location within the building or on the grounds.
