Our homes
Greenhouse Village Cooperative has 102 spacious one- and two-bedroom homes on its three floors, ranging from 1,058 to 1,830 square feet. Each layout is named for a flower, such as Azalea or Gardenia, reflecting our origins as part of a former garden center property.
Each unit has all the amenities you would expect in a comfortable home, such as an individual laundry room with washer and dryer, one or more walk-in closets, a kitchen eating area or island, and a deck or patio. Some units also have a den.
As you can see, no two of our homes are exactly alike!

Lilac is a two bedroom, 2 bath, and 1,492 square feet
Sage is a two bedroom, 2 bath, den, and 1830 square feet.
Gardenia is a two bedroom, 2 bath and 1235 square feet.
Azalea is a one bedroom, 1.5 baths, den, and 1,058 square feet.
